Deposits
A valid credit card is required to secure reservations. If you are guaranteeing your reservation by check, it must be mailed to the address below and be received no later than September 11, 2009. Credit card information is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation for all deposits paid with check until check is received. Add current tax of 15 percent. Room Rates & Taxes
To take advantage of the special FPA Anaheim 2009 rates, please book your reservation by Friday, September 11, 2009. After this date, the FPA Anaheim 2009 room blocks will be released and rooms may only be available at higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 15 percent tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Changes & Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be made through the FPA Anaheim 2009 Housing Desk through September 6, 2009. Any rooms canceled after 5 p.m., September 7, 2009, will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by the any of the conference hotels less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will incur a first night room rate plus tax charge.
FPA Anaheim 2009 Exhibitors Urged to Be Wary of Solicitations from Unauthorized Hotel and Housing Providers
FPA has received reports that an unofficial housing service, Conventional Housing Online, has been contacting exhibitors and potential attendees. This firm is making unauthorized contact and is claiming to be a partner with FPA to provide housing services. Be aware that FPA has not contracted with Conventional Housing Online and does not endorse, support or warrant their services.
