The Financial Planning Association is excited to once again welcome student members and utilize the energy of university student groups as volunteers during FPA's annual conference. Both students and FPA will benefit from the experience of having students exposed to the FPA community, educational sessions and to financial planning practitioners.

Networking opportunities this year are endless. Foster connections with FPA member ambassadors and one-on-one mentor sessions with seasoned financial planning professionals. Attend the First-time Attendee Orientation to learn more about the overall event and gain insights into the educational program from representatives from FPA of Colorado who will serve as Chapter Ambassadors to you at the event.

Education

Participate in sessions specifically geared toward students focusing on the importance of being involved in a professional association. Engage with financial planning professionals and share perspectives on entering the profession successfully. Visit the Professional Development Pavilion in the Exhibition Hall to maximize these opportunities. Get energized and informed by attending the popular General Sessions.

NexGen Community of Interest

Connect with the next generation of financial planners through FPA's NexGen community of interest. NexGen will have an educational track within the program at FPA Denver 2010.  The Young Professionals track will focus on new/young-planner-focused educational programming.
