Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Exhibitors receive a certain number of complimentary full conference registrations with the purchase of their booth space. Exhibitor registration for booth personnel is not available online and must be done by submitting a registration form. All booth fees must be paid in full to register and receive badges onsite in San Diego.

Exhibitor Registration Form FPA Experience 2011

The exhibitor registration form can be filled out and saved and e-mailed, faxed or mailed back to FPA.  If fees are required, they should accompany the registration form.

The FPA Annual Conference website will be the location where housing information with contracted hotels and links to make reservations will be available. FPA has received reports that an unofficial housing service, Convention Housing Services, has been contacting exhibitors and potential attendees. This firm is making unauthorized contact and is claiming to be a partner with FPA to provide housing services. Be aware that FPA has not contracted with Convention Housing Services and does not endorse, support or warrant their services. Please visit the FPA Experience 2011 housing link to coordinate your hotel arrangements. Please be aware of those unauthorized companies that may try to solicit reservations by phone and e-mail. These companies are likely not affiliated with FPA or the FPA Annual Conference.

Exhibitor Benefits

Attendee Mailing List

Confirmed exhibitors have access to a pre- and post-conference attendee mailing list.  This list contains mailing addresses and has been filtered to remove those individuals who have asked not to be on third party mailing lists, not to appear on attendee lists, or some other criteria.

It is not intended to represent all who are registered for the conference and does not contain e-mail addresses.

Please note, current FPA Institutional Members will receive the pre- and post-conference lists, via e-mail and in Excel format.  Non-member firms will receive the lists via e-mail and in PDF format.

To receive the mailing lists, please return a signed copy of the appropriate mailing list agreement to Cori Knasinski.  Anticipated dates to receive the mailing list by e-mail are August 18 for the pre-conference list and October 10 for the post-conference list.
