Not Included with Booth Purchase
Your booth purchase does not include tables, chairs, carpet, trash cans, electricity or miscellaneous furnishings or installation. (This is not an inclusive list.) All information on furnishings and services will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual that will be sent to exhibitors in June 2010. All booths are required to have carpet.

Champion Exposition Services is the official service contractor for FPA Denver 2010. FPA and Champion work as a team to provide assistance in planning your exhibit as well as providing assistance on-site in Anaheim.
As with any large event, there are guidelines and rules to assist us in managing a coordinated event. If you have questions, please contact FPA Exhibits Manager, Peg Coniglio, at 800.322.4237 x7125.
Exhibitor Registration & Housing
Exhibitors receive a certain number of complimentary full conference registrations with the purchase of their booth space. Exhibitor registration for booth personnel is not available online and must be done by submitting a registration form. All booth fees must be paid in full to register and receive badges onsite in Denver.

The Exhibitor Registration form can be filled out and saved and
e-mailed, faxed or mailed back to FPA.
If fees are required they should accompany the regsitration
form.
The FPA Annual Conference Web site will be the location where housing information with contracted hotels and links to make reservations will be available. Please be aware of those unauthorized companies that may try to solicit reservations by phone and e-mail. These companies are likely not affiliated with FPA or the FPA Annual Conference.

The primary contact person for the exhibiting company will receive monthly newsletters with reminders of upcoming deadlines and information for those attending and staffing the exhibit booth in Denver.
